1)  Navigate to Projects Menu-&gt;Properties-&gt;Compile (TAB)-&gt;Advanced Compile Options...
2) Changing &quot;Target framework (all configurations):&quot; to .Net Framework 4 from .Net Framework 4 Client Project

I would have never thought to do this and I don&#039;t know why this fixes the issue.  Much appreciated :)]]></description>
